You are correct hie as always. I would have been a terrible god though. Intervening all the time to protect the innocent and such, just weird concepts you know?

Healing incurable things, getting people out of physical pain.

Indeed but oh well. Maybe its better without a god in the end.
I love the Matrix themes and I feel they are helpful for explaining what it is like to leave the cult.
When I saw the Matrix in 1999 I had trouble breathing when I left the theater. I was still TBM but I knew something was wrong with me. I started to run to see if I could calm down but I felt like I needed to "wake up" to something in my life.
Such a great film and it did help me understand the truth about my cult.
If i were to recommend any film on how the best way to describe leaving the cult is, it would definitely be that one. The feelings that cipher had are very real. And the barren reality of reality is very real as well.
This reminds me of the old LDS movie “ Cipher in the snow”, about the poor kid who died ad no one seemed to care, even his teachers acted like they didn’t care, like he was a nobody. ( I’m just talking about what came to my mind when I heard the word “ cipher “)

Sounds like what happened when my best friend died. He doesn't have a tombstone for christ's sakes. Give the guy a f#cking tombstone and give him the respect he f#cking deserves. Jesus christ maybe i'll get him a tombstone when i am doing better financially.
