a video in which a black LDS member, Marvin Perkins attempts to whitewash LDS history by some odd conflations of scripture to change the interpretation of 'Skin' in the BOM to mean something else entirely, and make Blackness, or Dark Skin nothing to do with skin all of a sudden, throwing out generations of teachings to conceal the reality in favour of a new...

My goodness it is like they've tried to throw all LDS history into the memory hole and pretend like it never happened.

More "Mormon-splaining." The more they talk the worse it gets.

I could only watch a few seconds of someone belittling themselves that way.

If God never meant it that way, why did he let his prophets preach it that way for so many years? Why wouldn't God tell his prophets Blacks could have the priesthood? Brigham Young's words regarding the "Negro" are as clear as can be, and they are as ugly as can be and he makes it crystal clear that the black skin was a curse. And when he used the word skin, he didn't mean anything but epidermis.
