There was a play a number of years ago called "Puppetry of the Penis." Remember that? One of the late night hosts (either Leno or Letterman) had one of the "puppeteers" on the show, and because of the word "penis," that night's show was not aired in SLC. There were no demonstrations of course; all it took was mention of the forbidden body part to get banned.

Your post is almost as funny as me (a guy) trying to explain what I think I may know - I believe it's a sort of a post-metapausal rejuvenation procedure. I think it accentuates sexual pleasure that is lost due to the affects of metapause, but I may be wrong. If I am right, isn't it sort of odd that this sign would be up like that in mormondumb because Mormon women don't like sxx do they? Seriously though, I wonder if they have to advertise that because the market is not a normal market. I don't see that around here. It's like having to advertise for vasectomies in Utah - not a huge market.
Down here in TX where I live I remember a big billboard my vanpool used to drive past every day for a Plastic surgeon in Sugar Land. It read "Why settle for A's and B's when you can have C's and D's?"
This was a play on another billboard advertising one of the companies selling help for students to get better grades.
Have also seen the billboards for Vagina Laser therapy down here. No pictures, just words....
