Had this been me, my parents would need more than 20K. They need to pay the lawyer after they buried my remains in the backyard.

Dave, I rent a lot of AirBnB and most people want to meet you but we've had many who just sent us combination to the electronic locks. All communication was via email. I'll bet they don't do it blindly again.

My sympathies rest only with the damaged party. There are just too many out of control people juveniles and adults who wish to accept 0 0 0 responsibility for their actions. If you want to play you GOTTA PAY!!!!!
