extortion: Obtaining money or other property by the use of force, threats, or false claims of a right to the money or property

So Mormonism obtains tithes and offerings through extortion.

1. Per Malachi, you either pay up or you will be burned at the last day

2. If you want to attend the weddings of friends and family, you must pay 10% of your income

3. In order to be with your family in the eternities you must pay 10% of your income plus other offerings

4. Reiterated in "The Windows of Heaven" and also from Malachi, your crops will fail/you will have struggles in life if you do not pay tithes.


The Book of Mormon accurately describes what this is called and condemns the practices of organized crime/Gadianton robbers. Extortion at the hands of an organized crime syndicate. Mormonism is the quintessential Gadianton robber/mafia/mob organization.

Apostles, prophets, bishops.....nope....godfathers, mob bosses, Dons, kingpins, enforcers, thugs.

This explains why there is a SCMC, monitoring of Internet activity, building dossiers on church members, smear campaigns, and a large legal department. Organized crime needs such support. A supportive, genuine, caring religion would only need be...supportive, genuine, and caring.
