Reading this made me wonder if LDS Corp has a short A list of members?

If this is probable who would they be?

Well Bro, I think most GAs are on my A-hole list. I was a nothing in the Morg; I wouldnt even make the B-for-Boner list.

Yeah, maybe their system is of GAs instead of Celebs?

They certainly have a short list of those who have received their Second Anointing. So far they have been able to keep that a secret from most of the world, including most Mormons, but it does in fact exist, and those are the A-listers in Mormonism.

The Scientologist list is determined mainly by level of fame, so the rest of the world knows about it. In Mormonism it is determined more by finances and political influence, so it is easier for Mormons to hide their membership in the A-list.

I think a good clue would be the Mormons interviewed in the famous “Sixty Minute” interview with Hinkley and Mike Wallace. That seems to show who they really like since they were most likely vetted by the church for the interview, although I don’t remember Romney being interviewed and he certainly is a favorite.

Steve Young seems to be a little less popular with them.

I think that he has fallen in the three degrees of the Celestial Kingdom.

He will get to play football for the gods for eternity.

Oh definitely the Mittster. Others may be richer, but he's the most important.

The status of the Church's "most important member" is flaccid.

Are they Mormonism's "Tom Cruise?"

Now you're putting qualifications on the position.

I thought all it took was lots of tithing and well known.

True. But if Tom Cruise is Scientology's most important member does LDS Corp have their own peer of Cruise?
