around passing out newsletters door to door with my neighbor teenage boy.

As I've said before, even if you resign, it doesn't mean they won't bother you. If they come again, I'll be talking to the bishop (next door).

I think that ministering is a way for them to think they can go to those who have resigned.

In my little corner of the world, those who were assigned to be my monthly Mormon "friends" have not bothered me since "ministering" was announced . There seems to be a sense of relief that they don't need to check that little box every month. I believe they probably only heard the part about HT being done away with.
Of course that is subject to change if the leaders decide that Shinehah is a worthy target for ministering and I'm very prepared to deal with that should it happen.

I checked the box, "Hardcore Inactive - Do Not Contact". But I was just joking around! I would love to have someone stop by occasionally, so I could metaphorically pull their wings off, and otherwise abuse and offend their mormon good senses!
