Michael Shermer to Jordan Peterson

I am old and old fashioned which might explain why I don't get intersectionality, but if Michael Shermer, Jordan Peterson and the remainder of the IDW, argues that this new illiberal Left identity politic orthodoxy on college campuses is our biggest threat, maybe we ought to pay attention.

Koriwhore is currently occupying 22% (rounded up from .218) of the available threads.

Attempts at dialogue are met with (ususally) vituperative responses.

The same topics appear with regularity, allowing the creator of the word 'monomaniacal' to feel vindicated as a wordsmith.

Final observation: Koriwhore was banned from Postmormon(dot)org because of this monomaniacal posting and no one complained. Censorship is an ugly word, but we all practice it in our private lives.

Any wonder that echo chamber died with control freaks running it?

The tragedy is that your echo chamber survives.

I thought he/she was getting a little aggressive. Glad I am not the only one to notice.

Liberals are too open and too nice, so they have fewer defenses against their sociopathic element. The latter has acquired too much power for the group at large to deal with. Peterson is blowing the whistle, and they should thank him.

The dichotomy between good and evil, God and Satan, etc. could be construed as the battle between the primitive and modern components of our brains. The prefrontal cortex is in a way transcendent to the reptilian brain. Religious structures emerged to explain this difference, since some explanation is better than none, long before science was established by an angel visiting Descartes.
