Love it. The organization is designed to overload. There are burned-out Mormons who don't think they are. I smile every time I hear about so-and-so being "sick" and not attending some Mormon thing. I never know if it is truly sickness because of the way Mormonism works.
If only there was some sort of middle ground to the celestial kingdom mindset then the church wouldn't have to deal with this problem. Other less demanding churches don't have to worry about "burn-out".
-It's okay to not attend church EVERY Sunday.
-It's ok to say no when a calling is extended.
-It's ok if you can't pay tithing this month.
Nope! It's all or nothing and they have no trouble laying out endless guilt or shaming for not enduring to the end.
