AZ CVS Pharmacist Refuses To Fill Prescription For Trans Woman, Outs Her

The pharmacist also refused to return her prescription as well.

Religious bias has no place in medicine.

A pharmacist’s job is to dispense medicines, check for any possible interactions, and answer client questions. Confidentiality of medicines and treatments prescribed by a doctor are subject to HIPAA regulations. I’m sure CVS will be on top of working to prevent this type of law-breaking in the future.
