Anyone else seen this film? I watched it the other day. It's winning loads of awards, and is about JWs in the UK. Worth watching.

I watched it a couple of days ago, it's well worth watching.
The JWs may have different beliefs, culture and terminology etc to the LDS but the parallels are striking. It's the same demanding, controlling and fear/guilt inducing environment as we knew in the LDS church.
I felt sorry for the mother as she struggled with inner conflict between her beliefs and what she was being told at the kingdom hall, and her disfellowshipped daughter when they both needed each other so badly.

I hope that's not one of those sites which don't pay the film makers. This is one film which deserves to make some money.

It looks like an interesting film. I'm going to watch it.
