Let me see, his arguement is that he might have to rent his property to a marijuana user? He already rents it to smokers and alcohol drinkers... and now it is to pot head hippies?
I suspect he trying to get brownie (pun intended) points with the TSCC. He doesn't need to win, just look like he put up a fight.
Let the voters decide. In Colorado the various counties decide the rules for medical marijuana.
