He was not a martyr and made the book of Mormon up, Brigham young hated black people and we hate gays and black people now. Our purpose as missionaries is to tell everyone how wrong they are and how true our church is. We want more people to give money and we will harass you all the time

And we will live on planets someday, I wish missionaries said this but not they don't! And people get baptized and have to give money to this very rich church that hates! Because the Mormon church does

I think they do tell the truth about what they believe. What they believe and the deeper facts of history and doctrine just happen to not match.

When I say facts of doctrine, that is not to say the doctrine is factual but the facts of what the church asserts as doctrine.

So many of the church’s problems would be solved if the sisters put a coordinated effort into relieving these guys of their virginity. Gives a whole new meaning to “Relief Society”.

A number of times I was requested to go on splits with the mishies. I NEVER told any "investigator" TSCC was true. I never confirmed any belief in it at all. I even told some that I didn't agree with MO doctrines. But, because I was friendly with everyone, almost ALL joined. I was even asked to baptize some because they preferred me to the mishies. Fortunately, I don't know of any who stayed long.

No truths are taught at the MTC.

Fiction IS taught there.

Missionaries could learn so much more at home, away from home, if only they knew where that is.

Mormonism ruins many/ most/ all conceptions of home, care, interest, creativity, thought, love, truth, etc.

I'd say get the hell out of Mormonism (but that would leave it empty, the way it is found) but the question is what is it doing there in the last place... and it would be impossible anyway. It is built-in.

Yeah, there'd be a lot less "converts" to the church. Probably like 90% less.

I remember doing my best to only give them the milk instead of the meat when teaching investigators. We always dreaded taking ward members to lessons because of the fear they'd say something that would scare off the investigator. Usually the older the member, the more crazier deep doctrine they'd blab about. Even the Urim and Thummim freaked one investigator out. We usually kept the details of the golden plates and translation out of the discussion unless they kept digging.

It's a sign of a cult if you have to keep back information because you'd lose converts because of it.
