For bishops whether children are masturbating.
Signs, tokens, and names from the temple.
If The Book of Mormon is a fraud.
That God's name is Elohim and Jesus' name is Jehovah.
The times it is acceptable to not wear underwear.
If Joseph Smith was a prophet of God.
If the current senior Grand Ole Apostle is a prophet of God.
How many earrings a women should wear.
That children of gay parents don't need to be baptized.
The names of your ancestors back to the 4th generation.
What exactly "ministering" is.
Why white shirts are important for men.
Whether God accepts your beard or not.
How many licks does it take to get to the center of a cupcake.

Ironically, whether to pay on gross or net for tithing isn't.
Also, if the person you are marrying will be a good life partner isn't.
Whether a female should go on a mission isn't necessary to know for your salvation.
Strangely it isn't necessary to know for your salvation if the calling you just got extended is right for you.
How many children you should have isn't necessary to know for your salvation and I guess if you even wanted them.

Yes, but that you're paying your 10% (whether on gross or net) IS required.

Ironically, Mormonism claims it is a restoration of the original Christian organization which claimed to have things in common and I don't believe tithed?

Regardless, the Mormon tithe is obligator for full membership so it is a fee for your salvation. It isn't much to know about for salvation since if I join any organization I need to know if there is a participation fee or dues or what for full membership.

Pay, pray, and obey are their basic fundamentals for participation as their basis for potential salvation. The nuances of their salvation show these devils and their details.

Perhaps salvation and being accepted in the Ward are actually the same thing. If that's true then what truly counts is appearing to be happy and having the Mormon Glow no matter what's really going on in your life or how you really feel.

Salvation is a gift from Jesus the Christ for all those who believe in him. It has NOTHING to do with what you do!!!
Ths concept of exhaltation however has everything to do with how you comply and what you do.

Assuming that Salvation is the Grand Prize Ribbon in the Celestial Competition, I've heard that your chances are best if you:

1) Attend X,Y, or Z Church.

2) Do some time with the Holy Rollers.

3) try a stint with the JWs.

4) Maybe it's as simple as a lap or two around the beads with those kind brothers at St. Mattieu the Marvelous.

Actually, I have not worried much about Salvation. If I check into the other side and find my BFF grinning at me, I'm good. I don't lose sleep over it.

Whatever "Simon Says" at any given time. That's the way Joe's Club has always operated.

It's like a big, extended game of "Simon Says" where Simon is whatever the top authority figures are saying today.

In Brigham Young's day Simon says that you need to know that Adam/Michael is our father in heaven and that was really important to know.

But now, that is what Simon said, not what Simon says. Nowadays, if you bring that up, you lose points because you're not following what Simon says. Simon now says that Brigham Young's errant ramblings are farts or flecks of history (as Gordon B. Finckley, author of "Standing in Something" once may have commented) and Simon says "don't talk about Brigham Young's statements about Adam being God." (One of the great prophets of Mormondumb literally did not know God from Adam, but we're not supposed to talk about it.) Well, that's how the game is played. You gotta do what Simon says to do and if you don't you're messing up.

What IS necessary to know for your salvation is:

"The big question is whether you are going to be able to say a hearty yes to your adventure." ~ Joseph Campbell
