The fact that the church admits it interviews children about sex is established beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Letter after letter would be sent in to detail the abuse.

Letter after letter detailing the stories of those that took their own lives because of the abuse would be presented.

It would not have to limited to sexual abuse. What about the thousands of missionaries denied medical care?

As a civil suit would the burden of proof and statute of limitations be different?
