Apparently the Atlantic didn't get the first two Mormon memos that calling Mormons, "Mormons" is henceforth considered hate speech by Mormons, So the Mormon Prophet issued a fatwah, against those who call them by their names, Mormons, instead of their preferred name, "Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints."

Mormons were the biggest MAGA (White Nationalism) supporters, besides White Evangelicals. And they have turned out to be the most supportive of White Nationalist (MAGA) policies, Russian ties. They have filled the void left by White Evangelicals when White Nationalism got to be too racist and hateful for them.

You may be onto something here, with a reverse white horse prophecy. A denerate white man sends his children to convert the natives only to have them come back enlightened entheogenic shamen.

But anyway Mormonism, big time haters. They hate so much they can hardly wait for God to burn it all down so they can have it their way. Because isn’t that the rational response to conditioned self loathing?

Surely the church wasn’t always this bad, because they just wouldn’t have stood it. With the magnitude of evil wrought upon the Earth by Brigham Young, there ought to be a monument.

Yes, I was thinking about the competitive nature of Mormonism, too. The Mormon cult competes* with all other organizations (religious, political, community and even with parent and school groups) because they want power, and control. The Mormon cult believes that there is not enough MONEY, time and slave labor for its minions to share with those other interests.

Built into the competitiveness is the idea of winners and losers, which goes against the win-win model of successful businesses and successful families.

Jealousy fuels competitiveness, and jealousy is just another facet of HATRED.

IMO, there is hatred within the Mormon cult itself, member against member. I and my children felt that hatred and jealousy, when we were members. For us, Mormonism was an ugly way of life.

Yup, want want want. Will the real Latter Day Saints please stand up? Because it seems the only way to be authentic LDS is to be kicked out or “fall away from” your own church. I have to remind myself not to despise the people who let it all degenerate into its dismal state.
