Deacons the husband of ONE Wife

When will LDS,inc start following 1Timothy 3:12 and start letting those 12 year old Deacons get married? Deacons are to be the husband of one wife.

Might solve some of the problems the youngsters are having with Bishop interviews on their personal sexual habits.
