Is the old board archived, or did all of those threads get deleted?
Not exactly to Admin: When did Deenie the Dreaded Single Adult pass away? Before the new board? It would be nice to see some of her and FlattopSF/xyz posts again if it's ever possible. I suppose it would be incredibly time-intensive to find them if they do exist. Baura's This Day in Mormon History was also a wonderful years-long series.
I understand if some posters want to leave all this Mormon junk behind, and leave RFM, and move on. That's a healthy thing to do. If we had known, we could have archived Baura's "This Day in Mormon History", to re-submit on the days that apply.
Does anyone know how to access Blair Watson's posts? Didn't he have his own website for a while? I saved a few of those, that have been very helpful in dealing with the emotional trauma that Mormonism causes.
Flattop SF--I might have a few of his posts in my archives....
I was wondering....it isn't against any rules to re-post some of these writings, is it? I assume when they put it out there, they know it falls into the hands of the public, right?
Everything we write belongs to the board. I don't think DMCA takedown notices were such a big deal yet. IIRC, we couldn't link to anything at LDS dot org. I don't know if that's changed.
I don't think anything we write here belongs to us.
I used to post stuff on Creative Commons, but that was forever ago.

I wonder how much GDPR affects RfM in regards to how long it can keep archives. Clear-cutting archives seems a waste if that’s all it’s for. I kind of like there being a cyber journal of my crazy mindfuck journey. But I suppose as with everything else, there’s a budget. If you want more, there’s the checkbook.
