Talk about your scary "Dear Abby" replies or should I say "Dear Crappy Grampy."

https://askgramps.org/must-sealed-deceased-spouse-obtain-celestial-kingdom/

But these are the people who use funerals as fodder in staging religious promotions. These are the people who see gold in "contact"ing those who are grieving.

These are the people who care more about marriage than companionship.

This is the face of Mormonism - sealed in mud their master's clay and their temple Adam is their god and their eternal faces are always turned towards funeral pyres of other people's dead.

Instead of their master coming like a thief in the night - Mormon Jesus is a thief.

No shit. It is all so screwed up. If my daughter is still indoctrinated when her dad and I die, we will for sure be re-sealed to each other I have NO DOUBT. Her purpose in life is to save her family, to have it back to what she thought it was when she was a child.

Oh well. If it helps, then I'll give her that right.

BUT talk about a bunch of bullshit. Nothing quite like twisted mormon teachings.

Here is a woman with a dead husband who's husband didn't like the church.

She now is made to feel like she needs to process his name and vitals in her church so she does.

Even after that, she is made to feel like she ought to marry him posthumously in the church.

What a mind screw.

"To marry him posthumously in the temple...."

Translation, to pay the Mormon Cult tithing money on her deceased husband's estate, which she inherited (probably a nice chunk), and pay the Mormon Cult tithing money on her Social Security, in order to get the temple recommend to marry him posthumously in the temple.

I was forever temple-sealed to a Mormon wife-beater who almost killed me. Did I ever have a fear of dying!!!!

And just imagine if he made you a widow and you felt pressure from Mormon men to seal yourself to him when he probably would have killed you if he knew you would do it.

My friend's mother did exactly that. Her father was a never-Mormon, so when he died, her mother and a RM grandson did all the temple work, and had the mother sealed to the father posthumously. They made a big occasion out of it. My friend and the other descendants sat in the corner, grumbling about the tens of thousands of dollars of tithing their mother paid to the Mormon church, diminishing their father's estate by 10%. It was a big occasion, all right.

The widowed and elderly are a prime source of revenue for the cult!

It's really no different from a belief in magic spells.

Sometimes for a magic spell to work it has to be done in a particular place (temple in Mormonism, at the crossroads in Hoodoo magic). Selling a soul. Sealing a soul.

Hocus pocus.

I keep hoping that the Supernatural TV show will start doing episodes with storylines based on Mormon "magic" (missionaries doing square-arm magic, magic oil, magic underwear, soul-sealing magic, magic handshakes for use in the spirit realm...).

The Mormon magical belief system is a rich vein to mine.

I hadn't thought about it that way, but you're right!

I've often told people that many spells are simply prayers with more accoutrements.

If a couple of missionaries showed up on 'Supernatural' it would be creepy if their arms to the square DID work.

I'd rather have Rowena shove them out of the way and do an incantation from her book before they got their heads lopped off. That'd be some comedy right there.

How many times did I hear stories of it working for Mormon men. More than I like to think about.

Notice it is said he has to "have a change of heart".

Pure mormon b.s. to judge someone that way!

Stupid Cult!!!

Do dead people have hearts to change?
