Gene was a madman. I am not familiar with Quentin.

Hard to say. Probably not closely related....

Gene R. Cook apparently was not very popular. Quentin has a whole wikipedia page devoted to him, that includes reference to prominent ancestors.

There's very little information about Gene's family. Apparently nobody wants to brag about being related to him.

But when Gene died, I'm pretty sure that Mick Jagger cried inconsolably for weeks.
