I had forgotten her mormon connection:

I'm impressed so far.

She took the oath of office on a law book apparently.

I like this.

Like a number of us, I was always interested in what Mittens would take "The Oath" on, would it be "a Quad"?

She is the "Anti-Romney"?

Wikipedia article makes her sound pretty opportunistic and disingenuous, particularly about her so-called poverty stricken upbringing.

Although she does not seem to slavishly follow the party line with regards to her congressional voting which I nearly universally see as a plus.

She obviously saw the light about the bullshit that is Mormonism.

Agreed. The opportunism I saw in her is concerning to me. After having studied personality disorders, and knowing that people with a specific personality disorder like to run for political offices that give them power over other people, it concerns me that, in addition to that AND certain symptoms I see in her lifetime behaviors, that she may have this power-seeking personality disorder. Makes me very wary of trusting her.

That personality disorder is almost a prerequisite for any significant political career.

Suggestive of Sandy Ocasio-Cortez, of Yorktown, NY where the average family networth is $1.2M. Her high school is 2 miles from tony Chappaqua.

I think he is observing that some Democrats are opportunistic and disingenuous, a fact that differentiates their party from the GOP.

If it is it’s a laughably naive point to make.

All politicians are equally opportunistic and disingenuous. Beliefs in big government or social services don’t turn politicians into opportunists.

She's also a BYU graduate. I doubt she is going to be featured in the alumni magazine anytime soon.

Received a Masters in Social Work in 1999 and did her PhD thesis on the Rwandan genocide. Yup, sounds pretty opportunistic to me.

Her education has nothing to do with that opinion.

Nor does it have much to do with her currrent occupation, which kind of lends credence to that opinion.

By voting *for* Rubio’s clearly unconstitutional (and profoundly anti-American) anti-BDS bill, she has already violated her oath of office, to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic...”

So it goes...
