Like a Virgin -- Madonna Me So Horny -- 2 Live Crew Father Figure -- George Michael Purple Rain -- Prince Sexual Healing -- Marvin Gaye and Boy George because of the androgyny (can't have the teachers and priests having a crush on him).
In the early 70's our ward had a talent show, and one of my good friends, much to everyone's surprise, sang House of the Rising Sun. I'm guessing no one really followed along with the words or didn't know the song well, because he got a fairly polite applause when he was done.

April Stevens TEACH ME TIGER was one many of the radio stations in Utah refused to play.
At least at BYU concerts. In the early 70s, Neil Diamond I think it was, gave a concert and some in the audience were so enthused by the music that they got out of their seats and danced in the aisles. Of course, security had to be called for such an obvious display of hedonism and impropriety and the miscreants were duly dealt with. Diamond joked about it in a subsequent concert.
"I Like Little Girls" - Oingo Boingo "Blasphemous Rumors" - Depeche Mode (pretty much most things by them were banned) "Stand or Fall" - the Fixx "Dear God" - XTC "Strip" - Adam Ant Anything by AC/DC "She Bop" - Cyndi Lauper
Odd songs that made it through the censors:
"Heaven" - The Psychedelic Furs" "Welcome to Conditioning" and "New Song" - Howard Jones "True Faith" - New Order "8675309" - Tommy TwoTone "Hurt So Good" - John Cougar Mellencamp

Pat Boone sang SPEEDY GONZALES - which many stations no longer play, claiming it is Racist.
I actually requested that slow song and was told that it was banned. The church sponsored DJ said "The church has a list of banned artists, groups and musicians"
Today, I would love to see the list.
Anything by Madonna Losing my religion - REM Whip it - Devo
I was at a regional-area dance and I couldn't believe Depeche Mode "Personal Jesus" slipped in before getting cut. Then Salt and Pepa "Push it" came on and that too was cut.
I wonder if a lot of the LDS in my young adult group had a “ dirty mind”, because a lot of songs I loved Jed or someone else did, they wouldn’t play because they interpreted the song as about sex or drugs , when it was really about something else. I remember “ living thing” by ELO, where we actually had a debate or argument on its content. A lot of the songs were just the AM vs FM versions, like the song “ Jet airliner” by Steve Miller band, etc
"Hotel California" by the Eagles was banned from our 70's stake dances. I thought it was because of the overall "theme."
Then one dance, when we had a band instead of records, they played it -- replacing "...this could be heaven or this could be hell..." with "..this could be heaven or this could be lower..." And it was "approved."
