Good report on Cheryl's hip surgery.

She was in acute care a week, another week in Skilled Nursing and now a week and a half in home care.
Yesterday she went back for follow-up with the surgeon and x-rays of the hip and broken finger.
Hip healing on schedule and cast on broken finger came off.
The big metal cast on the longest finger of the right hand would have come in handy if we had had any secret underwear peddlers come around. But they didn't. Guess they don't feel so welcome after being hosed and having police reports filed. lol

Thanks for providing us with an update. Good report overall.

I slipped on sheet ice this morning right outside my door going to work. It felt like I cracked my elbow on the pavement. Have been nursing it since with ice and Aleve. Waiting to see if the swelling and pain subsides before I decide to go get it x-rayed.

Dang spills anyway.

Glad you have your Cheryl back.

Sending her some more well wishes yours and her way!

Love and good cheer to our fearless leader, Cheryl! Her hose story inspired me too. I'll never forget it. I'm glad she got through it all right, and that she has Jerry to take care of her!
