I'm dumbfounded this got to the courts.

It takes a judge to tell you to install curtains? My neighbors always have their blinds up. I have my front window free from curtains or blinds because it is so high off the ground and even then we are barely visible if we are standing at the top of our stairs but I can see into their house. They have big picture windows and they are visible from knee to head all the way back into their dining area.

They don't seem to mind that people on the street can see them.

These people are unbelievable. They want a view of a city but no people looking at them in their glass houses.

Well floor to ceiling windows in downtown london? 20-30 million. Put drapes on them 5-10 million. If they didnt see the platform when they bought in, they took one. Hell. Of a loss.

Can you imagine City Creek residents with church office building people being able to see them? What a view lol!

You didn't mention the gallery had an "installation" of 'BINOCULARS On The Balcony' entitled "please respect our neighbors privacy", which was "'quickly removed', and was undoubtedly dubious, if even tongue in cheek.

There is always floating trees.

Some probably never considered sheers, besides the sheer views.

Thousands of people every day looking in. That's art! Well. A nuisance. Problems can be solved.

I didn't "see" the point of mentioning it. Who hasn't used binoculars on their neighbors?

Yeah but they were part of an "installation": people didn't bring their own.

At least they didn't throw stones

Max S. a "conceptual artist" did it and not the gallery.

Given what the homeowners paid for their flats, I'm guessing that an interior decorator or designer could help them to solve this problem. If you've ever lived in a large city, then the chances are good that you will both see and hear your neighbors.

I guess when you have your head in the clouds things get obscured.
