Hi folks,

I've been away for a long time (read: several years) but due to GC and some recent family craziness I've gone back to lurking a bit on this forum. I can't use my old screen name, which I think was capitalized, but I made several posts here starting in 2005, when I made my church exit. I don't think I recognize anyone any more, which I take to be a good thing: eventually we ex-mos move on with our new and improved lives and don't need a Recovery Board so much. But I do have really fond memories of many people from the old days, and getting to know several people from the conferences.

So, if anyone happens to recognize my screen name, hey there! And to all the newer people (pretty much everybody else), I just wanted to re-introduce myself and say hi. :)

Glad to see you're still here moderating. Saw Concrete Zipper post a sticky not too long ago, too. I didn't see any way to direct contact the mods, though. I had looked for a way due to something I remembered seeing about old screen names being "reserved" for people who wanted them after some site updates. But then again, that was a looooong time agi.
