O/T Modern Online-era Social Media Vocabulary Question

Not relevant to here (although I guess it sometimes happens here)...

What do you call it when someone responds instantly and critically to literally everything you post?

This is happening at another forum I frequent. I would say "trolling," but it's not really trolling. No rude wording or name calling. They're meant to be "lofty" over-intellectualized criticisms (sometimes valid, sometimes not), but just too frequent to be normal discourse. It's clear that I've somehow wrankled this person, so s/he is critical of literally everything I post.
