In the last couple of days, when I try to get to this site on my phone, the first thing that is showing up is RFM--Radio Free Mormon--seems like a bunch of interviews and podcasts.

Are they paying google to get bumped to the top? Also, it is confusing to have two acronyms that look so much alike.

I don’t know of this specific instance but in general, yes, google has a revenue stream for search term responses to be topped.

You should be able to bookmark this site on your phone so you get to it via favorites instead of a google search.

It sounds like a podcast by Bill Reel. He is one of us. He left the church and was interviewed by John Dehlin. Some of the comments in the response to his podcasts are quite supportive of his work and informative.

Yes. He started out as a TBM who wanted to help doubters and ex-Mormons and ideally to serve as a bridge. But as is the case with virtually all honest people, he gradually found the middle ground difficult to maintain and edged closer to a critical position. Then came the usual kangaroo court, and he was out.

I don't know him or his work well, but my impression is that he is a man of considerable integrity.

I've seen people using the acronym to refer to Reel's podcast. Yes, it's rather confusing.

Maybe he could start dropping leaflets over the skies during General Conference sessions in downtown Salt Lake City like Radio Free America has in Communist countries. Hie hie.
