Makes me wonder if ole Wade was paying a full tithe on all the fraudulent gains. And did he have a TR?
At any rate, always great news when people like this are forced to face justice. I wish them a long stay in prison.

They are local royalty.
A brother in law is the mormon who almost killed me.

One of my doctors did a similar thing. He was convicted, and his sentence included one year in federal prison, the rest of the sentence to be served on probation. He lost his business and his medical license. He has since been freed, and last I knew a local newspaper reported that he was trying to get his license and business restored.
He was released on an unsecured $250,000 bond so I'm guessing he's already on his way to Mexico.
Several folks have already gone to prison for him over this.
He was too much of a chicken turd to even do the perp walk this morning.
