Execution date for Ron Lafferty?

I am personally against the death penalty, but my opinion does not matter in this issue.

According to an August article in the Salt Lake Tribune, the execution should be within months.

I am not advocating for this, or any execution. However, since the crime happened in 1984, this has been drug out longer than it should. Particularly when considering victim closure.

Also, use of the firing squad is a little too “Blood Atonement” for my taste.

Anyone have any more info?

Nope, but sign me up. After what he did to that baby - I'd have it over w/ in a few. Not a problem.
