America looks like it’ll get its desired war with Iran.
Animals are being tortured by the millions, with no end in sight.
Western leadership locally to nationally to everything in between is increasingly stupider, more cruel, more craven, more arrogant.
And Flint* STILL hasn’t clean fuckin’ water.
Etc.
Etc.
Etc.
And etc, with no end in sight.
And boy would I love to fill in a few of those et cetera.
And LDSInc has a 100 Billion dollars, at least. AND, damnit all to hell, mormon family & acquaintance, some struggling to make ends meet, are telling me this PROVES the ‘church’s’ righteousness, goodness, godblessedness. PROVES IT!
And another et cetera I won’t fill in.
So, no, not sexy.
But hey, we can binge watch ourselves into comfortable numbness and pretend what we will.
(On a personal note, as my hair slowly silvers rather than greys, I might be getting sexier, but not too sexy for my shirt, alas.)
I'm very happy for you. You had a long and wonderful marriage, went through a very difficult time, and are now dipping your toes in the water again.
