This show is fascinating...I was already in love then suddenly there is a Mormon twist. I won't give it away but I implore you to watch it!!

It was so interesting watching him manipulate people. Give someone a little power, maybe flatter them a little or make them feel a part of something... They would look past all evidence to the contrary because they wanted it to be real so bad.
The Mormon angle drove it home for me.
I thought the ending was great. Of course they leave you with a cliff hanger, it is so you can't wait to watch the next season. That is what good series do, they keep going.

Just finished binge watching it.
Great show.
Interesting tie in to MORmON as gullible PotUS character.

A 10 episode shaggy dog story without a satisfactory conclusion, just a set up for series 2 IMV.

Watched Once Upon a Time..In Hollywood Saturday night. It was a total Shaggy Dog Story that was only mildly funny. I had never seen a Tarantino. Not impressed.

Cool. I was born in 1970. It looked rather authentic.

You realize, I hope, that when you use a fancy word like "implore" the lexophilic among us have no choice but to do as you ask?

It's unfair. Unfair, I say!

Oh I saw that but immediately avoided, without even reading the description because I thought it was some religious pro-Jesus do-again. Thanks for the rec!

Watched the first episode last night. Extremely entertaining.

There appears to be some sort of "power" that he is displaying, e.g. knows the Israeli interviewers name, history, etc. I thought he was supposed to be a fake, but I am sure the story will explain this supposed ability. Also, it was very coincidental to have had that sand storm...sort of bolstered him. You are right - this is a great show! Cinematography is amazing.
