Churchco has consistently said that people need to repent of their sins, Repentance includes:

- sorrow for sins, remorse
- confession - admission to those involved
- restitution; if you stole something, U don't get to keep it if U repent.
- 'go and sin no more'

- QUESTION:

Are the above items enforced for new converts who wish to join ChurchCo (Or, does baptism remove their sins without the above steps ?)?

When I was a mishi the only time restitution mattered is if the law was involved. Meaning we avoided people going to jail, parolees, and folks in the mafia, and murders when they would confess to us, which happened occasionally.

My advice. Never confess anything to clergy. If something bothers you. Write it down and then burn the paper and embrace the image mentally of what’s bothering you being destroyed and be done with it.
