Actually, I'm afraid I'm not on that photo as my office is behind the Sacré Coeur on the back-end of Montmartre, which would be at the back and to the right of the right-hand edge of the photo. No bells, sadly. My back is reasonably straight, but I am slightly hard of hearing ;-)

(it's coming from that direction, but actually those high-rises (or "buildings" as we say in French, pronounced in their inimitable fashion;-) are the La Défense business quarter.

I prefer your version, EB. It has more poetry to it :-)
