DesertRat will soon become a UtahCountyRat?

I hope all goes well.

Many have left the church there in Utah but many are yet prisoners restrained by social chains.

Please check in on this board while you are there for sanity sake.

It can work out.

I now live with TBM sister and brother-in-law. I make myself scares Sun. mornings while they get dressed up and bless the sacrament.

My sister grocery shops and cooks for me. They both take me to doctor appts.

I'm in line for a senior apt but with everything closed down that's not moving.

The problems that do come up have tended to involve nieces and nephews. But I can always stay in my room and read or listen to the radio.

Good luck.

Unfortunately. :(

Because Mormons can't listen to the radio, especially around others, and don't much like the news, or even music (unfortunately). Poor lacqueys.

It's more like MORMONISM = causes = Problems...

That MORMONS can, and will, blame on 'nONmORmONs' (On Or On, vs. OFF! - I call it OOO) for anything that isn't perfect, in their mind - not heart - about one interacting with their children, involving anything that isn't perfectly LDS (lame dumb stupid) about someone from head to toe is telling. Stifling. Mormonism in a nutshell. ROADBLOCK (problem is the road goes right through the block)! Kids Can't Live, Learn, Laugh or have fun.

If LDS parents would [let their children] think for themselves...

Mormonites (will) ALWAYS have a hard time with "FREE-agency"; letting others choose for themselves; thinking for themselves; living life/ worshipping God/ LOVING (whatever), naturally, without the adulteration or perversion of their 'church's' say so, or their generally assumed and pretend religious hierarchy, or institution of heavenly (in)filtration and hellish (mis)interpretation and [supposed] sacred needs and manifestations of the individual, without the interference, interception or manipulation (and often abuse of authority and power) of God's Word, Your Needs, Gifts, & Whatever, and the general belief that individuals Talk To God... Not some man that talks to some man that talks to some man that's told by some guy that talks to a man (that's "higher" than him) to go pray and talk to some guy... In Jesus Christ's name, not even his own. Must be ashamed. Mormonism should be ashamed. Shamed anyway. It's a sham.

PULLING - and 'Pushing - families apart, trying to MAKE MORE MORMONS doesn't make better moormons but they'll do anything to make themselves feel better (at nearly any expense, even of others).

When Mormon sometimes you realize what they're doing it's often times too late. Relationships have been burdened if not ruined. Promises have been broken and retracted. The callings and demands never end.

NOBODY can relax in Mormonism. It is a WORK Religion. People work for the 'church'. It doesn't work for U.S. (United Saints)!

I would love to me you in person but I live near Kansas City. I rarely make it back but I was there last week. Aesthetically, the mountains are beautiful there and I would love to go hiking in Provo Canyon again. Enjoy the view.

It’s not true that all apostates are destined for Hell. Some wind up in Orem.

My son’s in-laws fell on financial calamity, so my son and his wife drove to Nebraska, scooped them up with their regalia, accoutrements and dog, and brought them home.

That was four years ago. They converted his basement to an apartment hideaway.

It’s been very successful because they are all gracious people.

—-And a great childhood for our granddaughter to grow up with them in the home.

Wishing you the same good luck, Desertrat1. :)
