With temples starting to reopen, and with the new admonishment to wear masks, sounds like there’s a new piece of temple garb in order. Will temple masks be white? Do they need to be a certain style? Will a whole cottage industry of temple mask sewers pop up in happy valley?

“Will temple masks be white?” Seriously? You have to ask that question? That’s what the temple is all about—the adoration of the “color” white. If your skin tone doesn’t match the supreme color of your clothes, at least you get an idea of what you’ll look like in heaven when it does. Add a white face mask and you’re gettin even closer.
