I'm not about punitive action but at least it seems her community is treating her like the abuser she is. Admitting wrong doing, taking responsibility, apologizing, recognizing that you took advantage of a position of responsibility and such are what I would like to see and believe victims would like to see.

I remember the poor woman abused in the MTC. Her cries for help made the news.

These days it is so easy to use technology to confuse and arouse children. Back when I was a kid hair bands were glorifying it on music videos.

Yup. My first thought was why would she have his account in the first place. Be an adult. Be a professional. I think she got off light.

Frankly, even if it was a pic of a puppy I wouldn't think it was appropriate for a teacher. I wouldn't even send a neighbors kid a puppy pic unless I knew FOR SURE from the parent that it was ok and that they had access to ALL pics or messages. 99.9999% of the time I would send it to the parent to show them. You don't get involved like that with a kid unless it is a close relative. The fact that this woman was a teacher just bumps it up into a whole other level for me. You just do not do that.
