Following procedures and 'logic' is important in working with kids in these type of situations! Josh was being investigated for 'murder'!!!

Washington may want to show more care in the future and 'train' their 'social workers' a little better!

When the social worker called 9 1 1 to ask for assistance, the call receiver ('dispatcher') wasn't trained to respond correctly, there was a mis-communication.

Washington government has become a whipping boy for disgruntled ppl with special needs ppl & their families for circumstances - situations that the taxpayers (incl. me) weren't responsible for, this one is from many years ago.
