Just yesterday at work, I took a course that everyone is required to take where I work, once per year, on workplace harassment. It looks like this guy literally sexually harassed everyone in his work place as revenge for getting fired. Who knows how many federal and state laws he broke, besides the indecent exposure. Did he leave on his own or did someone have to tackle him and detain him? I am glad I am not that Security gard. How would you stop someone like that if they didn't want to be stopped?
