Used to sit on the front step with a coffee or a beer after we finished the house and when they slowed down to gawk I'd flip them the bird and they'd speed off.
Those people from Raytown should have stopped for a chat and perhaps asked if they could have a word of prayer and left a blessing upon you, your family, and your beautiful new home. Hell, maybe a few would even accept a cold beer, provided no one else from town was around to see them drink it. LOL!

I believe OP is being a bit sarcastic. We all know, from Mormon theology, that wickedness never was happiness, so happiness must therefore correlate with righteousness.
