I'm good with "We are two" though.

And assuming I wanted to, to whom would I turn to for lessons/instructions/example on how it's done? Do I just read SC's list of books and watch the suggested videos?

Obviously I'm not going to make a commitment to become one with the ONE... And I bet if I took a poll of those who are working on become one with the ONE, there would be a HUGE divergence of opinion as to not only what "We are one" means, but as to how to grow to be a part of that ONE.

Exmo Atheists have a raw spot about anything that sounds preachy. So, there’s a rule about that here. Mormonism was that bad for them. I don’t hate the church, but I should. I got over it cuz I’m a freak. This is the place to go to vent and to discuss the pernicious social effects of Mormonism.

One of the most puzzling things for me is how such a bogus religion could function as a mystical technology. It’s all about belief. Belief is the power behind it, which is kind of a bummer when your belief is completely destroyed.

When you add up everything in the visible universe and you see that your math is off by 95%, you can either go back to the drawing board and come up with better math, like Newton, or just come up with a 95% fudge factor and call it "Dark Matter Energy" or "Lambda" to explain how the universe could be both expanding exponentially AND converging on the same point at the same time,

Or you can worship it as a god or very least a sign of god.

I say it because the Hubble Number looks like it varies with time and location. The Hubble number being what lamda has evolved toward most closely.

Hi dogblogger. Your reference to the variable rate of the term “Hubble’s Constant” was a replyto my post. You are correct, the rate of the Cosmos’ expansion does vary with differences in time and space. Example: the farther “out”(back in time”), the faster the expansion. The term Constant refers to the fact that the expansion rates are constant to the relative positions throughout the continuum. Example: each point on the outer layer of the onion is traveling at a constant rate. Each point on the inner layer of the onion is traveling at a constant rate. However the outer layer is expanding at a faster rate than the inner layer. In this term “Hubble’s Constant” the use of the word constant is a bit misleading. Words can sometimes mean many different things.

As for your reference to faith and being wrong....I guess I don’t get your innuendo here....??.
