The U of Washington has parking guides who are security trained, and others I'm sure - I have no idea what laws regulate the UWPD or their security staff.

When I was a teenager one of the "Ward teacher's" responsibilities was to fill out a monthly report on the ward members that they visited. I know that my senior companion grassed out every family we visited. In case you don't speak England english that means ratted out.
It was disgraceful then and it is the same now.
It is an attempt to "forceably interfere" with the life and actions of another human being and that is wrong!!!

Seems like it will be the middle man between the Honor Code Office and BYU Police.

What they need is someone to enforce Covid rules.
