It looks like some asshole dropped off their extra drakes at the duck pond/river. That's pretty shitty, because they probably won't last a year.
All domesticated ducks are descendants of mallards unless they're Muscovy ducks. Those like to live in trees, and despite their name, they're native to South America.
I thought it was weird to see the Pekins. You've got some Black Runners (the ones that are lean and standing more upright), a Blue Swedish (the grey one), and the one near the end that looks like a large Mallard drake is probably a Rouen, but I'm not sure.
Look at the difference between the wild Mallards and all the other ones. The wild Mallards might weigh 3-4 pounds. The Swedish weigh about 4-6 pounds, and those Pekins are probably around eight pounds. I'm not sure how much the Runners weigh because of their carriage.
You know that saying, "Like a sitting duck?" Yeah, those domestic ducks are sitting ducks, because as they were bred to be meat and/or egg fowl, their wings did not grow in proportion to the rest of their bodies. They. Can't. Fly.
Wild ducks have to get a running start before they fly. These guys? They probably can't get more than a couple of feet off the ground if they can get off the ground at all. They flap their wings and kind of jump. These were someone's ducks! You either keep them, eat them, or rehome them. And it's not like these ducks escaped. They're fatass domestic ducks. They don't fly away because they can't and because they were hatched in an incubator and raised by people. People = food = stay put for food.
I have Swedish ducks. They are fat, docile, and kinda dumb. They're great pets and fun to look at. Otherwise, they're kind of useless. I have no idea what they taste like. They don't lay eggs well. They just sort of chill.
I also have Golden Cascades. They're a little more skittish, and they are great dual purpose ducks (meat and eggs).
The Swedish Gray is the one in profile at 0.25 seconds.

All of the white ones are Pekins which are 100% fat ass meat birds.
