Turkey is more work. Most years I do a breast and DH will eat it but he is not very enthusiastic. This year we have two hams so he is allll happy. Works for me, a lot easier to cook!.
Missed our Canadian Thanksgiving...but actually didn't really miss it and I'm cooking prime rib for Christmas...if I actually have family here for Christmas...still a wait and see.
Turducken here too but a cut down version from Aldi. Only two of us for Christmas and even this turducken is probably a bit large but hey ho. It's a boned large chicken with a breast fillet of turkey, another of duck plus a cranberry, apple and maple stuffing inside. It doesn't cost the earth either. We will also have ham, of course.
