Hard question to answer

The migration from California to Utah was estimated to be 17,821 in 2019 (net migration to/from California was ~9300), but I have seen no information on what percentage were mormon.

The total population increase in Utah in 2020 estimated to be ~46,500, so less that 1/4 of increase is mormon.

this could foretell a change in congressional & legislative representation, that would be a Horror to the GAs & COB types; more than a few will bring their political & social opinions & votes with them (marijuana, abortion, etc).
