Why would you ask if any state should do that same? No! Everyone should be masking until we reach herd immunity. Right now it seems all we have is herd mentality in some areas to not wear masks.
I truly do not get what all the fuss is over wearing a mask during a pandemic that has killed half a million people in this country alone.....other than the childish mindset that if your told to do something, regardless of whether you should do it, the auto response is "no"!
I get my second covid shot this thursday and will still follow all safety protocols, including masking, until its safe to not do so.
Indeed. I defer to my daughter in law, an RN working the Covid front line. She says wear my mask and get vaccinated so I can visit my grandchildren. North Dakota...mmm...Fargo characters
Even if the vaccinations fail and more mutations occur, wearing masks, social distancing and washing hands can snuff out the virus. Such a simple solution that so many are too stupid to understand.
I just looked it up and the state House did indeed pass a law banning businesses, educational institutions, etc, from requiring masks. It has yet to be considered by the state Senate.
For a state that likes to consider itself libertarian, seems hypocritical to tell businesses they can't require masks. Shouldn't that be the business's decision, not the state government?
In other news, the ND House passed a recreational marijuana bill today. I can just imagine the amount of Utah pearl clutching there will be when marijuana is legalized nationally, which I expect within the next two years.

Liberty is for the right-wing geniuses like magaRomney, not for the hoi polloi. Their liberties must be rejected, like their histories, in order that the superior races may have complete power.
And yes, magaRomney is sure the other superhumans consider him one of them.
