It's just one stupid Airbnb host, not Airbnb itself. The stupid host also refused to refund the guest's deposit (note: the individual mentioned in the OP is the guest). Airbnb refunded the money themselves, and I would assume is rethinking the stupid science denier as a host.

Agreed. I have never and would never stay in an AirB&B.

My family and I have stayed in some very nice ones. My experience is that they range from acceptable to very nice. It's a good way for families to stay together on a vacation without breaking the bank.

Good to check out all the reviews of places. People like that host are scary/crazy.
