The town that claims to be the highest incorporated town in North America, as 10,578 feet. Leadville, generally credited as the highest city in North America, is at 10,152.

Of course, Alma's "highest" claim might also be because it probably has more weed shops per capita than anywhere else.

Quick Google search says Alma. We used to drive through there 30 times a year when we lived in the springs, on the way to Breck.
