The Pope accepted and during lunch out on The Great Salt Lake, a puff of wind blew the pontiff's hat off, right into the water.

It floated off about 50 feet, then the wind died down and it just floated in place.

The crew and the church security were scrambling to launch a boat to go get it, when Nelson waved them off, saying, "Never mind brethren, I'll get it."

Then Nelson climbed over the side of the yacht, walked on the water to the hat, picked it up, walked back on the water, climbed into the yacht, and handed the Pope his hat.

Everyone was speechless. The church security team and the Pope's entourage were speechless. No one knew what to say, not even the Pope.

But that afternoon someone at Recovery From Mormonism reported:

Yacht? I think it was more of a barge, sealed tight, like unto a dish.

The pope would accept that invitation as long as he got the taller chair.

A man wasn't feeling at all well so he went to see his doctor. The doctor examined him thoroughly and told him he had a dreaded disease and only had six months left to live. The distraught man asked if there was anything at all that could be done to help him.

The doctor told him to join the mormon church and accept every calling they offered him. He also said to pay a full tithing, go to every meeting, do his home teaching every month, go to the temple every day, sing in the choir, clean the meeting house every Saturday, and every other thing the mormon church asked him to do.

The man said, "will that help me live longer?" The doctor said, "no, but it will be the longest six months you will ever know."
