I don't have an exact time, (between 11am - 2pm) nor an exact place, (or even an approximate place) but I am looking forward to meeting available SLC RfM'ers at wherever.

    I am telling my kids that Friday afternoon is taken, and not to plan on me being anywhere with them. They can have me Friday night and all day Saturday (the day of the funeral that has me up her all of a sudden).

    On my way up I stopped at the Mountain Meadows Memorial.  I did not get goosebumps, but it was sobering.  

    I also stopped in at the Wilkinson Center, and ended up making a Reddit post... Not that you have any idea of who I might be...

TDR1, the funeral I must of needs attend is at 11 am, on Saturday, followed by the interment ceremony in their backyard.  I suspect that the whole thing will play out over a period of at least three hours.

hmmmm...  Maybe I could run a thread where I describe, in breathless prose, the shenanigans that make up what so many of us have experienced in mormon funerary proceedings.

I liked the man who is deceased, but how much of what is going on is useful to him?  But of course, that's not the point.  Maybe the family will take some solace, but it's more the church that needs these displays...much more than the families do.  ...or maybe it's a tie?

I've been Temple Square and the north edge of city creek only 15 minutes and have annoyed 4 LMs and a beefy, shaved-head DezNat, black-suited security person.

I did get a response and will be meeting someone a 1pm. I shan't say whom, in case he/she/it does not want to admit to the indiscretion...

My ears are burned to crisps and in danger of falling off.

I attribute that either to your discussing me or to the bad advice about hair curling in last month's Cosmopolitan Magazine. Not sure which.
