O/T. Great little piece of property in Cache County

I often watch to see what is on the market in Cache County. I don't have the money for this but if someone wants to move to Utah.....this has a lot of good things.

At least you're outside the worst of the Logan retail sprawl on US89-91.

And you're not too far from the Harris grave in Clarkston, across from you on the west side of Cache Valley. How inspiring!

$300K for 12 acres--is that right? I know farmland is getting expensive, but...sheesh!

You live in Cache Valley, Anona? There are a few posters (but not me) from that area, which I find beautiful and charming.
